If your clasp is broken, we offer a clasp replacement service. A new clasp is attached or soldered onto your  necklace or bracelet using the same metal that the item is made or eg, 9ct gold or silver.

It is important to ensure your clasp is repaired properly. If your repair is not done well, your bracelet or necklace could fall off your wrist or neck and get damaged, or worse still, lost.

Very often, people will think that their necklace or bracelet is not reparable. Having a clasp replacement repair done will ensure that you are able to continue to wear your favourite item of jewellery. We do suggest that you check the clasps on your bracelets and necklaces on a regular basis, especially those ones worn everyday. They do wear, but unfortunately this is only apparent when it is too late and the item has fallen off, and in the worse case, gets lost. Please ensure your check yours!
